Luxury brand Bulgari Hotels and Resorts has announced plans for its first USA-based hotel based in Miami Beach, Florida.
Located on the popular Miami Beach, the five-star hotel is set to open in 2024, following the brand’s other hotel openings in Paris in 2021, Moscow and Rome in 2022, and Tokyo in 2023.
The hotel’s original building was formerly designed by Miami-based architect Albert Anis in the late 1950s, adding to part of the Miami Modern architecture movement, and was a well-known base for Hollywood events and parties.
Bvlgari Hotel Miami Beach is set to feature 100 rooms, with most of them being
suites, a large spa and fitness centre, an outdoor pool and a bar and restaurant curated by Italian three Michelin-star chef Niko Romito.
The new developments will take the number of Bvlgari hotels to 11, with existing hotels in Milan, London, Dubai, Shanghai, Beijing and Bali.Jean-Christophe Babin, chief executive of Bvlgari, said: “We are particularly proud to have secured such an extraordinary location for the new Bvlgari Hotel in Miami Beach.
